    Due to the​ variations in lighting, product colours may vary slightly. We do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the colour of each item. Colours are described as best as possible!

    Shipping Policy

    • AB Jewellery aims to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days (shipping time not included). This period may vary during holidays and sales. 

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer. 

    • We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels/packages once the order has been dispatched. 

    • We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $100 CAD. 

    • We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $150 CAD. 

    • International orders are subject to customs or import duties/taxes once they reach their destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. Please check your country's customs duties/taxes specifications. 

    • Any unclaimed parcel (due to providing incorrect address, failing to receive the parcel in due time, or not paying the custom duty/tax) will be sent back to us. In such a case, refund will be issued, minus the shipping costs. If you would still want the items, you must create a new order. 

    Return Policy

    • You can return your order within 10 days of receiving it, provided that:​

      • ​Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. 

    • Sale items are non-refundable. 

    • Any pierced jewellery (including earrings, etc.) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. 

    • Refund will be issued after we receive the products. Any shipping cost paid by us is non-refundable. 

    • We are not liable for returns lost in the post. 

    • AB Jewellery will not cover the shipping costs for the return. 

      • For international returns: if you are returning an order from outside Canada, any custom duties/taxes, if charged to us, will be deducted from the refund. ​
